Why Learning Labs?
Our Signature Learning Cycle: No busy work here. We Explore, Engage, andbuild towards Mastery through a blend of high-energy projects and intentional, reflective practice. This research-backed flow ensures concepts ‘stick.’
Individualized Pathways: Every journey begins with a diagnostic assessment to identify your child’s unique learning profile - highlighting both strengths and growth areas. We use this to tailor the experience for our in-person sessions (limited to 12 seats - up to 16 for ages 8-12). I personally design every digital quest and lead every in-person experience alongside a dedicated co-facilitator ensuring each learner receives consistent, personalized, and data-driven support.
The Summer Slide Solution: Whether joining us digitally or in person, we bridge the gap between school years. We focus on Numerical Agility and Reflective Literacy ensuring your child doesn’t slide this summer but SOARS!

Each Learning Lab’s unique sensory-rich theme ignites curiosity through inquiry-based discovery. Whether on-site or at home, these immersive experiences provide the context that makes the academic work feel relevant, exciting and purposeful.
ENGAGE
We focus on active cognition because an engaged brain is a learning brain. By using interactive tools and targeted practice, we help learners build strong neural pathways for deep, lasting connections that accelerate their journey toward mastery.
MASTERY
We transition from active engagement to intentional reflection, where students record their discoveries and practice core skills. This focused time builds the academic stamina and self-correction skills necessary to achieve mastery -
one lab at a time.

Summer In Person Learning Lab Sessions: June 22 - July 10; Pop Up Sessions August 10 & 11
Small Ratios: Limited to 12 seats per session (16 seats for our Ages 8-12 labs) to ensure individualized support.
SOAR Digital Lab - Exclusive Summer Beta: Launching July 2026. We are opening a select few beta-testing spots for families to experience our brand-new, immersive online world before the official launch.
All Learners Welcome: Designed for K-6 students from public, private, and homeschool backgrounds.
We are a neuro-affirming space that celebrates ADHD, dyslexic, and other unique learning profiles through sensory-aware and executive-function supported instruction.
Our individualized pathways offer remediation to close gaps or enrichment to soar ahead. Each of our labs are tailored to meet our learners exactly where they are.

Our in-person Learning Labs are hosted at Faith Chapel Gathering Place in Leesburg. Please note: Wit & Whimsy Learning Studios is a secular, non-denominational program; we are proud to utilize this beautiful community space for our academic labs.
